1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at viking-elite.com (the “Site”), including any subdomains, tools, calculators, forms, or services offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Viking Elite Management LLC (“Viking Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Services

Viking Elite Management provides creator management services, including but not limited to:

• Fan engagement and monetization management
• Content strategy and revenue optimization consulting
• Account infrastructure and operational support
• Growth strategy and brand positioning
• Analytics, performance tracking, and optimization

The Site also provides interactive tools, including the Revenue Leakage Detector (“Calculator”), which generates estimates based on user-provided data and industry benchmarks. These tools are provided for informational and marketing purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or any services offered by Viking Elite. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Information

When submitting information through our forms, applications, or tools, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

The Revenue Leakage Detector and any associated calculators, tools, or projections provided on this Site:

• Generate estimates based on user-provided inputs and generalized industry benchmarks
• Do not constitute financial advice, income guarantees, or promises of specific results
• May not reflect actual earnings potential, which depends on numerous factors including but not limited to content quality, audience demographics, platform changes, market conditions, and individual effort
• Use proprietary calculation methodologies that may be updated or modified at any time without notice

No Guarantee of Results: Any projections, estimates, revenue figures, or growth percentages shown by our tools or stated on the Site are estimates only. Past performance of other creators does not guarantee future results. Individual results will vary significantly.

6. Management Services Agreement

Use of this Site, submission of applications, or completion of calculator tools does not constitute a management agreement. A formal management relationship with Viking Elite requires:

• Completion of our application and vetting process
• Mutual agreement to proceed
• Execution of a separate, written Management Services Agreement

The terms of any management relationship will be governed exclusively by the executed Management Services Agreement, not by these website Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, calculator logic, proprietary methodologies, and the overall design — is the property of Viking Elite Management LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or calculation logic of any tools or software
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise repurpose any portion of the Site

8. User-Submitted Content

By submitting any information, data, or content to Viking Elite through the Site (including application forms, calculator inputs, and contact forms), you:

• Grant Viking Elite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze such data for the purposes of providing services, improving our tools, and conducting business operations
• Represent that you have the right to submit such information
• Acknowledge that aggregated, anonymized data derived from submissions may be used for benchmarking, marketing, and service improvement

9. Third-Party Platforms

Viking Elite provides management services for creators on third-party platforms (including but not limited to OnlyFans, Fansly, and similar services). Viking Elite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms.

Creators are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform they use. Viking Elite assumes no liability for actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, policy changes, or payment disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Viking Elite provides the Site and all tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• Viking Elite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information, estimates, or projections provided
• Viking Elite’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Viking Elite in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
• Viking Elite is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity resulting from use of or reliance on Site tools or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viking Elite Management LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content or data you submit through the Site

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state of Viking Elite’s principal place of business. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Viking Elite.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Viking Elite Management LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

Viking Elite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page to reflect any changes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
